The store is working. The question is where it could work harder.

Shopify and DTC brands with meaningful traffic

02

Stores already making sales or clearly generating demand

03

Teams that believe more existing demand should convert

Operators who want priorities—not another generic checklist

A connected buying journey—not a collection of isolated screens.

We follow the path toward purchase, looking for the moments that create hesitation, hide value, or interrupt momentum.

A decision tool for what happens next.

Each finding connects the storefront evidence to a practical recommendation, then calibrates the priority so your team can move with context.

Not every store needs an audit yet.

This work is not designed for a store with essentially no traffic or demand yet, a business seeking a guaranteed conversion or revenue lift, or someone who only wants an instant automated score.

It is for teams ready to use thoughtful diagnosis and prioritization to make better storefront decisions.

Before you request an audit.

01What is a Shopify conversion audit?

It is a structured review of the buying journey that identifies where shoppers may be losing momentum, explains why those moments matter, and prioritizes the changes most worth making. The result is a practical action plan—not a generic checklist or automated score.

02What pages do you review?

Scope depends on the package. Every engagement follows a defined priority journey and can cover the homepage, navigation, collections, priority product pages, mobile experience, cart, and pre-checkout friction. The Deep Dive adds more product and landing-page coverage.

03Do you need Shopify or analytics access?

We can begin with the public storefront, so no installation is required before requesting an audit. Shopify, analytics, or behavioral evidence can strengthen the Conversion Audit and Deep Dive when it is available and appropriate to the scope.

04How long does it take?

The Conversion Snapshot and Shopify Conversion Audit are delivered in 5 business days. The Conversion Deep Dive is delivered in 7–10 business days. Timing begins after intake, payment, and any agreed access are complete.

05Which audit package should I choose?

Choose Snapshot for a focused expert second opinion, the Shopify Conversion Audit for a complete priority journey review, and Deep Dive when a more complex store or richer evidence supports broader analysis. If you are unsure, send the store and we will recommend the right scope before payment.

06Do you implement the recommendations?

Implementation is not included in the audit fee, but it can be scoped separately once the priorities are clear. If the storefront needs broader design and development work, our Shopify Design + Build service may be the better path.

07Do you guarantee a conversion lift?

No. Conversion is influenced by traffic quality, product, offer, pricing, brand, operations, and implementation. The audit is designed to improve decision quality by grounding recommendations in the storefront and the evidence available—not to promise a specific commercial result.

Send us the storefront. We’ll review the fit, recommend the right level of work, and reply with a clear next step. No payment required.
