This notice explains how Conversion Firm handles information shared through conversionfirm.com and in direct client communication.

Information you provide

If you submit an audit request or contact us directly, you may provide your name, work email, company or brand, store URL, traffic context, and details about the issue you want reviewed.

How information is used

Information is used to review project fit, respond to inquiries, plan or deliver agreed services, maintain business records, and protect the website and communications from misuse.

Store and analytics access

Public storefront review does not require private access. If analytics or behavioral access would strengthen an accepted audit, the specific access requested and its purpose will be agreed with you first. Do not send passwords by email.

Website analytics

This website does not currently claim to use a specific analytics or behavioral-tracking service. If basic website analytics are added later, this notice should be updated to identify what is collected and why.

Sharing and retention

Information is not sold. It may be handled by service providers used for ordinary business operations, such as email, payment, file delivery, or hosting, only as needed for those functions. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, engagement, recordkeeping, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, subject to any legitimate recordkeeping requirement. Contact hello@conversionfirm.com.
